“This was a really nerve wrecking idea for me to attempt - I am not a permanent make up type of person. I like to be extremely natural, I wear almost no make up. Just usually rub tinted lip gloss into my cheeks! I was so afraid I would hate my new eyebrows, miss my real self, and feel inauthentic. Above all of those concerns was ending up with a brow shape I didn’t like, but couldn’t wash away.
This is because when I went in, she talked to me about selecting a powder brow, rather than a microbladed brow (she offers both). She explained that you really should only do micro blading twice, because as you re-scar the area, cutting again, coloring again, the line becomes less distinct & individual each time. This made a lot of sense. Although I have never even tried microblading, I decided to go ahead with her recommendation and just get the powder brow from the get go.
It’s similar to a micro-pixelated tattoo, and has great longevity. I would only ever consider this with someone whose portfolio is as perfect and beautiful as Ana’s. She has a great eye, and is supremely talented. She’s also very responsive to your input.
End of story, I am incredibly satisfied. The first morning I woke up and felt a terrible panic. I was certain I would hate them after a night’s sleep. I rushed to the bathroom mirror, looked at myself, and thought, “Shazam! I look awesome!”
And I’ve never looked back. I plan on regular touchups ad infinitum, every year or two, or whenever required. My brows have lost some volume over the years, but still are pretty great, so this approach looks completely natural and just the same as if I had filled them in by hand.

“I was so nervous to get this done, I literally stalked the instagram page for months before making my appointment
The second I walked in I felt at ease! Cat took the time to listen to what I wanted, look at pictures I brought in of what I liked and pictures from OTHER studios of what I didnt like.
Then she spent a great deal of time drawing on basically a template , using tools to be exact to the millimeter to make sure everything would be perfect. This is when I really relaxed! You could just see the care and pride they were taking in their work.
Finally it was time for numbing, which took about 30 minutes. The entire time I chatted with Cat and Ana and felt at home, they are so friendly and non-judgemental!
The actual microblading experience was basically painless, and when I stood up to see my new brows I literally almost cried.
I have had my follow up session and healing has finished, and people who don’t know i got my brows done are even complimenting them.

Their friendliness was what made me really comfortable just walking around sitting on their couch waiting for the numbing cream to kick in- rarely another client there and if there is everyone is included in conversation and welcoming (only max 2 customers in total). “Whether you are suffering from over plucked 90s eyebrows, or simply were not blessed with a great arch, Ana Morris is your girl! After lots of research, Ana’s work seemed the most consistent with the best shaped eyebrows. And so I booked my appointment.
